Greg was very professional and was very good explaining how to care and use my new aides. My whole experience has been life changing and wonderful, thank you all. I first got hearing aids three years ago. At first, I was not very pleased with the results and tried to have them adjusted a few times. I then went for a long time without visiting the hearing center because I was having other medical issues and the hearing aids were not my top priority at that time. I recently went back to try to improve the results that I was having with my hearing aids.
