I am always seen at appointed times and Todd is so accommodating and answers all my questions. It is actually a pleasure to keep my appointments.
Traveling from out of town and needing replacement parts for my hearing aid I went to the Beltone store hoping to find filter and wax seals for my particular hearing aid, which was a different brand. The Hearing Specialist, Todd Hendrix, went out of his way to determine if different wax seal and dome would work in mine, which it did. Todd took great care of me and refused charging me.
