I recently went in for a free hearing exam and was impressed from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with—from the phone call to the front desk—was polite, considerate, and professional. The exam itself was thorough, professional, and very informative. Although I didn’t end up needing hearing aids, based on my experience I would absolutely recommend the Watson Rd. location to anyone concerned about possible hearing loss or in need of hearing aid services.
Have requested a call back from them and have not heard back. My husband took his hearing aids there for repair 2 weeks ago. Would like an update. Called yesterday and today. Spoke with 2 different people who said they would get back to me. Crickets. We were treated well when we bought them there. Just want an update. I guess i will be the squeaky wheel until they provide the service we were promised
Very easy process. Matt was very nice and explained everything well during the exam.
