Great experience. I learned a lot about hearing loss and how hearing aids work and how they are customized.
I brought my 90-year-old father-in-law to Beltone Hearing Care Center in New City, NY, and the care he received was truly exceptional. Tom Biondi showed incredible patience and kindness, taking the time to make sure he felt relaxed, understood, and confident with his new hearing aids. I had a very positive experience getting my hearing tested. The process was not at all intimidating, and the gentleman who conducted the test was both professional and informative. He generously shared information about hearing loss and available equipment, as well as laws supporting individuals with hearing disabilities—especially when I mentioned a relative with significant hearing loss.
