Service was perfect and I think his name is Tom is friendly and patient. A pleasure to meet with him.
My mother and I walked into Beltone in New city. We met with Thomas Biondi. My mother was having issues hearing. He completed a full examination and explained why she was having problems hearing. She had was build up in her ears, which no other audiologist had mentioned. He adjusted her hearing aids. problem solved. He was very professional and patient. She was very happy when leaving. I highly recommend him!! His receptionist was wonderful!!
