Christina is wonderful she is warm friendly and inviting. She cares very much for the patients hearing and I am so appreciative of her. Her secretary Karalyn is warm and friendly as well. I was thinking of leaving Beltone and then Christina came and she has really explained things and helped my hearing. Now I will refer all my friends to come to Beltone! From one to five stars she's a ten!!
Christina is very professional and helpful trying to help with the problem I've been having with my POS hearing aids that doesn't work the way I was told by the guy that was in the office at the time I was talked into purchasing them,I've been very dissatisfied with them since day 1 but Christina keeps working with me to try and get them to work properly but nothing seems to work and they still don't work properly and it's getting aggravating to me and I'm sure to her also, as it stands right now with the performance of your... read more
