The last couple of times I have been there it has been horrible in the ER. the registration people have been improperly trained and are rude. you never see an actual doctor even though they are NOT busy. I wonder if any actual doctors work there. Won't be returning.

Business response:

Hi, We'd love to learn more about your experience so we can identify any concerns you may have. Please contact our ER Manager, Tonya, at 816-348-1253. We look forward to hearing from you.

Well, if you go to their ER, don't mention you smoke medical marijuana or that's all they'll hear and you're suddenly not receiving the care you need, but rather treated like a drug addict, even though you refused all pain meds. Cant wait to get the $1000+ bill for fluids, nausea meds I specifically told them I have already taken and do nothing, plus a really unnecessary test you ran without saying a word to me first about it. Thanks for literally nothing Dr Petersen*.

Very mindful of why you are there and getting you right in. Polite staff and light sence of humor from the Dr's was comforting... Hospitals are natural anxiety triggers, at least for me, and I felt at home...thank you for that!😁

They do not treat me like a 79 year old dummy, my doc pays attention to my concerns and does what is needed for me. I've been with these doctors since 1987.

My son had really bad pink eye. So of course I was VERY hesitant to bring him in due to this covid-19 crisis. All the urgent cares were closed, or didn’t accept my insurance. So I went to Belton ER... they went above and beyond to help me! I asked if it would be ok to have my son be seen in the truck to avoid exposing him to anything in the hospital. I wish I got her name, but a nice nurse and doctor came out, checked him out, and wrote us a script for pink eye drops! Thank you SO SO SO SO much for working with me and my son... read more
