They do not answer their phone. They do not return calls. Posted hours are wrong. They only work half days on Friday. I was never contacted for preadmit instructions. They expect your (family) driver to sit and wait on you during your surgery. They will not call them when you are in recovery to head to the center. They lied to me and stated it is a law. Check in desk very unprofessional I don't know why both times I was told to have a seat and 2 white patients came in after me and was checked in without having to be seated so I had to wait 45 minutes to check in upon my arrival time.

I personally know a staff member that works there. Gracie Mendez. she's a very violent person. Her fiance offered to pay me for favors. I told her about the things he said and she came to my house walked into my yard and proceeded to viciously attack me. I'd stay far away from gracie Mendez and this surgery center. She went to jail for assault and is now awaiting her court date. She's a violent person and abuses certain things that i for some reason cant mention in this review.
