Medical professionals are very friendly, professional and efficient at their jobs. I was treated with care and respect. I highly recommend this facility for any eye procedure.
They do not answer their phone. They do not return calls. Posted hours are wrong. They only work half days on Friday. I was never contacted for preadmit instructions. They expect your (family) driver to sit and wait on you during your surgery. They will not call them when you are in recovery to head to the center. They lied to me and stated it is a law. It is not a law that someone sit and wait while you are in surgery so that they can drive you home. I have had many surgeries at other locations where they happily coordinate... read more
