I absolutely loved it here being that it was my first time. Everyone was really nice, the office was clean following COVID restrictions, and everything was explained to me very thoroughly.
Someone at Beltline Dental submitted two of my claims to my insurance with the out of network dentist, Dr. G, and charged my account what they call Adj Fee. I've been almost two years trying to get my refunds for the two over charges and Beltline Dental will not reply back to me letting me know when I will be getting my refund. Check your account history because my account history was over charged on 5 visits and to date, only one has been resolved. Had a fractured screw with my plant, Dr. Cody Whitworth seen me the next day as a referral and removed the broken screw and fixed me right up!! Wonderful experience!
You always feel welcome in the office and the staff treat you like family , I love going to the dentist!

My family and I love it there! Jodi is the best hygienist I've had I'm very particular about my teeth and she,exceeds every expectation. She's truly one of a kind! The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming! Love my experience each time and with the Dr's!!
1. Said my son had a cavity when he did not. 2. Never the same dentist twice... rotating list of dentists 3. Rarely answer their phones and don’t return messages regularly when you leave a voice mail. 4. Staff is actively badmouthing other area dentists, specialists and orthodontists to their patients 5. Seems very business/money focused as opposed to patient needs and care
