I’m very DISAPPOINTED from Start halfway thru my IMPLANT SURGERY!! 1)They called me and Literally hassled me about $9 that was my part to pay after Insurance for my consultation . 2) The Day of my Surgery I NEVER ONCE SAW my Dental Surgeon. I went under Sedation and Didn’t see him Afterwards either. I’m not sure WHO did my Surgery. 3) I was taken home and Grateful for my Husband who answered my phone because I was still under the effects of the sedation. Someone at Beltline Dental submitted two of my claims to my insurance with the out of network dentist, Dr. G, and charged my account what they call Adj Fee. I've been almost two years trying to get my refunds for the two over charges and Beltline Dental will not reply back to me letting me know when I will be getting my refund. Check your account history because my account history was over charged on 5 visits and to date, only one has been resolved.
