Someone at Beltline Dental submitted two of my claims to my insurance with the out of network dentist, Dr. G, and charged my account what they call Adj Fee. I've been almost two years trying to get my refunds for the two over charges and Beltline Dental will not reply back to me letting me know when I will be getting my refund.
