The service is always great and I regret to have to leave this review. Something must be done about the prices. $1400 to fix 3 cavities is astronomical and is ultimately leading to me not being able to provide my son with care. It is wild that the medical industry has come to this.
I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience. My child has a documented history of tolerating dental procedures using nitrous oxide alone, without the need for deeper sedation. Despite this, the dentist refused to provide treatment unless sedation was used. I find this approach concerning. A pediatric dentist should be willing and competent to treat children who are conscious, especially when the child has already demonstrated the ability to tolerate care with minimal intervention. Always look forward to my kids appointments. Dr Mary is great with them and always smiling. The dental technicians have great rapport with the kids and work seemlessly with the dentist during her exam. I highly recommend them.
Everyone is just so lovely, friendly and caring. Highly recommend this place.
