We love this place, but hard to get rooms. I am talking about the flyers they send in mail. We just received ours TODAY & hubby called & tried to get comp room in July. He was told that every weekend he asked about, that they were booked! What's the sense in sending flyers if its not available? We cant come there during the week as we work, but we do enjoy our times on the weekends. Just saying.......

love this place went to the Horse shoe because its about 10 min from me but liked the Belterra better even though it a 1 hour drive it is worth it

It's my Happy place. The atmosphere is enticing, and the food exceptional. It's my favorite place to just get away, play and relax. I enjoy a cup of Star Bucks in the morning and a glass of wine at night. I love the hotel and casino, and the staff is amazing. No complaints from me.

I would like to see an inside pool also. To others about the buffet....please be patient.....reopen March 14 and I am sure it will be spectacular. We almost gave up on it too, but glad we didn't. It took a few times for the staff (cooks and servers) to get the hang of their new setup. Great job always!!
