Had my car looked at (65.00) and given a really high estimate. I brought it home and looked up part prices to find them much cheaper by several hundred dollars. I called to ask them to just do the labor and alignment 1 hour later and suddenly they are booked out a month. I had someone else call and they were not booked up. Marking up parts hundreds of dollars is not honest. Lying about being booked out suddenly is not honest. Not disclosing a fee to look at it isn’t being honest.
