This is a horrible place. Do not go here with an elderly person. They have had my mom’s hearing aids for 12 days. It has had a huge negative impact on her mental and emotional health.
Don’t go here! They provide extremely poor service after the sale. My mother-in-law has been waiting 12 days for her hearing aids to be serviced, when promised a week. The loaners she received are worthless! It’s obvious they are more interested in taking your money than solving your hearing loss issues. Buyer beware!
Awesome place, Dr. Altschul is an amazing clinician and very personable
