We live in Arizona and I was wanting some good Nebraska beef like I have had growing up. My brother told me about you guys and so I placed my order for Beef and Pork. Belschner meats was so easy to work with and worked with our schedule so my brother was able to pick up the meat the night before they left to come visit. the meat was still frozen solid when it got here and filled out freezer. We just received our meat from the hog we had processed. WE ARE VERY PLEASED! The cuts are exactly as ordered and the brats are great.
We used to butcher are own and have tried several local places since. They do the best job of anyone we have found! Very pleased with their work!
Everything was good with our pig except the shaved ham. You can’t call it shaved when it’s just bits and pieces. Must of got everyone left overs
