Comfortable. Easy-going and happy setting. The staff member who assisted us was kind, understanding, compassionate, and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience all around!
I'm a skeptic of things like this, but after listening to a 45 year old skateboarder/MMA fighter (#Jason Ellis) talk about how this type of therapy has helped him stay on his game, I'm giving it a 90 day shot. So far, so good! My shoulder has not healed over night, but what is usually pain right away is now pain much later in the day.
Absolutely love coming here! Such a beautiful atmosphere and the staff are super friendly. I have been coming here for some time now and continue looking forward to every experience I have at Below Zero!
The experience lived up to the hype! A lot of people can benefit from a good cryotherapy treatment in their life. I workout 4-5 times a week and this really hits the spot(Excuse the pun). My aches and pains the next day are none existent since i started incorporating whole body cryotherapy for my post workout recovery. I think this would really help too if you just had A chiropractor or acupuncture appointment before seeing below zero to help lower any inflammation.
