I called here to get information and before I could even explain what I was looking for the man who answered the phone was so rude and ignorant!!! I had to hang up the phone before I cursed him out and hurt his feelings. I could not believe how rude he was right off the bat. My brakes failed while starting out on a trip to Roanoke, VA to visit a 46 year old terminally ill daughter having an operation the following day. Immediately took the car to Harry at Below Book Auto. He got on it right away, ordered the parts, had it all repaired and back on the road in about 2 hours. Made it to Roanoke by 5:30 pm, a distance of over 350 miles.
