I had the most amazing experience at Beloved Family Dentistry. Starting with the wonderful reception at front desk Azi! Azi, was able to find me a appointment immediately. Then I sat down & the were playing instrumental worship music. I knew I was in the right place. Azi, then took me to the back (,this lady does everything with such grace & excellence), really made me feel cared for. If I could give this dentist office zero stars, I would! You definitely don’t feel a sense of trust or compassion which is very important when it comes to dental work. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life in a dental chair! The X-ray tech was terrible, very rough, rude, and to be honest terrifying! I kept telling her I couldn’t bite the piece because it was hurting me, and she just kept shoving it in my mouth, all while shaking her head, and repeatedly forcing the piece in my mouth. Dr. Hanna Hong was super gentle and patient throughout the process. Azi helped us a lot as my mom can’t speak English and she translated everything for her and getting an appointment was so easy and and fast. The team was super professional and nice professional.
