I called at 11:13pm as my AC stopped working and they advertise 24/7 service but the girl who answered the phone from their answering service was extremely rude starting with her tone when she initially answered--when I mirrored her condescending energy without cursing or raising my voice, she called me rude and then hung up on me. Not recommended for after hours service calls if you like friendly service and to be treated with kindness.
Andrew was friendly and ready to solve my plumbing issue! He ready to provide an answer to my needs and provided me all of the information that I needed. I'm very grateful for his service.
Our AC went out overnight and by 1:00 pm the very next day we were up and running again. Very professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job fixing our AC issue.
Beloman installed our A/C unit 4 years ago and we have had trouble free AC until yesterday. So I called Beloman thinking it was a warranty call. The person on the phone explained that while parts were warrantied, the labor wasn't so a service call would be $60. I agreed to the charge and the tech arrived early. Within a 15 minutes Justin figured out that there wasn't any power going to the condenser because the breaker tripped.
