Billing department is horrible. Sent to collections without ever receiving a bill! They sent the full amount even though my balance after insurance was only $14!!!
Do not use this hospital. They will sue you and will not give you an option for payment plan.
Very disappointed in the lack of work put forth by employees in the billing department. Your staff can affect your reputation, I would ask the management to look into their employees. Over 40 years never had such poor experience.
