I am disappointed to report that my recent transaction with Steve at this dealership has been unsatisfactory. After purchasing a newer race bike, which was supposed to be ready for use the next day, I encountered issues at the track. The bike failed to start, and despite repairs, the same problem persisted after only two rides. With fewer than four hours of usage, I expect a higher level of quality and service from a dealer, including a comprehensive pre-sale inspection.

Bad business to deal with. Order special order part by giving owner vin# model# etc for motorcycle, part shows up wrong. I still have to pay restock fee when owner selected wrong part for motorcycle. Wrong. This business can continue to go downhill if that's how they treat customers.
Very friendly staff and positive customer service! Had gone to a non Honda dealership and was met with ridicule and disappointment as they didn’t have the model I wanted in stock and the sales team were old fashioned (if you get what I mean). Found myself in a bit of a bind with a flat tire. I spoke with Jason and asked if there was any way he could help me get back up and running. He didn't hesitate. Not only did the guys get me taken care of in 15 minutes but the cost of the repair was great. Thank you to the whole team I'll definitely be returning.
