Never again will I ever go here. I am 34 weeks pregnant and I constantly am having issues with the OB staff. They never have the doctors return my calls and when I call to check in about it half the time they didn't even put in the system that I requested to speak to a doctor. The female ob doctor loft us was so rude and told me to switch hospitals when I tried to tell her about the incidents that we're occurring. She laughed in my face and thought the incident was funny. Although northpointe may be good for exercise,I will never again use them for immediate care. I went there last week, was billed out the behind,and was not even helped. Was told by a dr. Andreakos?,that my respitory infection was nothing,and did not warrant being prescribed antibiotics.I was told to wait it out and treat it over the counter,which i did.well its five days later still sick and now the infection has moved to my ear.I called northpointe and asked if they could help me and was told to see a regular physician.So b... read more
