I've been going to Greg for two years and have nothing but good things to say. He is very knowledgeable and takes care of you in a timely fashion.
I live across the state, but I wanted to buy a gift card for the store for my brother-in-law's Christmas gift since he and his wife live in Beloit. I called them today and not only did they let me buy a gift card over the phone, they also mailed the gift card directly to my brother-in-law! Very courteous and helpful!
I hadn't been on a bike in about 25 years but after some massive weight loss I was looking for something to get active and that my wife and I could do together. After doing the requisite research we loaded up my wife's old Schwinn and headed down to BBC. My internet expertise led me one way and Greg's vast knowledge led me in another.
