My mom lived at Belmont Village for over 10 years. She spent the first 8 being very active and extremely happy, surrounded by a large number of friends she had made. At about year 8, she had a stoke and it was the beginning of her decline. Belmont’s staff was extremely kind and patient as my mom’s memory suffered and then had a fall and a brain hematoma. Signed in, which takes my temperature and asks about COVID, then asked who I’m visiting, then printed out a badge. Took my dog up to visit my Mom, who was happy to see both of us. She’s a bit confused right now, so conversation mainly consists of her rhymes as she tired out from speaking. She fell asleep in her chair, and I went out to tell the Pal, and went home. The staff is a pleasure to work with and talk to.
Excellent service. The dining room staff was very kind and helpful.
