Deeply Disappointed with Belmont Village Sabre Springs I’m very disappointed with the care and concern my mother received at Belmont Village Sabre Springs. She was often left waiting 30–40 minutes just to be taken to the dining room for meals — a situation that happened frequently and caused her significant distress. My cousin, a resident at at Belmont Village Senior living Sabre Springs California has not had a bath in 10 days. Her contract specifies one shower a week which she has not had and was told she’ll have to wait until next week. Contacting management has been useless as they are totally unresponsive. Think twice about this senior assisted living facility.
If you have an independent family member or friend who needs a home, Belmont Village is a lovely place. They are doing their best when it comes to assisted living care for residents with memory related conditions. But after being at a different facility for a couple of months I have downgraded this review. Belmont is not the place for those with cognitive impairment- their policies and staff are not well suited to keep those dealing with dementia safe, nor do they follow doctors orders very well.
