The veterinarian services and front desk are superb. The grooming and vet management is awful. My dog was cut so badly after his grooming here that I had to return him to be on antibiotics because the cuts were infected behind his legs. Twice he was sent home from daycare the week after grooming because his pads were too sore from being shaved too low. He would roll over and lick area for hours for a week after the grooming in discomfort. I have asked twice to be reimbursed for the grooming and they were only willing to giv... read more
