Just moved in and Carrie was amazing throughout the process! Apartment is nice, up to date, and clean. Maintenance has been amazing and helpful with any issues that I’ve had (no major issues whatsoever)

I’ve lived here for a few months now and it’s been a great experience overall. The staff are friendly and helpful. A+ to Kristin and Diana at the front office. Maintenance is fast, reliable, and communicates really well. I’ve noticed the breezeways are regularly cleaned with bleach. And I noticed a lot of complexes in pooler have a mold problem but not this one, no mold here at all. The AC and bathroom vents work great, so there’s no moisture buildup.
