We have enjoyed our experience here so far. The maintenance is very solid, office staff is friendly and helpful, and the community is pretty clean. Trash pickup hasn’t been an issue in our building…fairly quiet area with walls much thicker than past apartments I’ve been in.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! management is very unprofessional and the trash service is terrible. They pick it up whenever they feel like it garbage piled up in the hallways for days. Ppl walking dogs without no leash. Hallways are always dirty. Gate malfunction majority of the time. They let someone steal my package at the office and didn’t even bother to contact them and let them sign for it to take without showing ID. When we first moved in it was great, respectful and friendly neighbors. Unfortunately after 2 years it has gone down hill. With the rent being below average it has attracted tenants who are not exactly exceptional people. My hallway smells like marijuana every day, the grounds are littered with cigarettes, broken glass, and dog poop. People like to rev their straightpiped chargers and mustangs in the parking lot at 3am etc... please if you have a family and want a safe environment choose somewhere else. Living here has been/is a wonderful experience. All staff is helpful beyond what I'm accustomed too.
