I hadn’t been to a doctor since before COVID, so I really appreciated how thorough NP Harmon was. She quickly referred me to the specialists I needed for a full check-up. I was surprised how fast everything moved; CT scan, heart specialist, blood work, and ultrasound were all done promptly. At my follow-up appointment, Ani took the time to explain all my results clearly and thoroughly. As someone over 60, I felt genuinely cared for and well-informed. Overall, a very positive experience.
I gave a 5 star for Karen Anderson, whom I seen today, She took the time to address every issue I was haveing and she didint try to rush me, I felt like I was finally heard . I have chronic pain and suffer daily and I feel that I'm finally getting the help I needed. Thank you so much Karen. 💗
We are trying to reach them to book our routine check up. But they are always not available and they never reached back to us. Even though when you call them during their working hours the call is directed to voicemail. And the book appointment form is just useless I feel they revert on text msg same thing that voicemail does. If there was 0 star I would definitely give that.
Absolutely worst doctor I’ve experienced. The Dr. has been on medical leave himself for two years and the most recent nurse practitioner that I’ve been dealing with refuses to prescribe me what a psychiatrist recommended. She is rude and completely useless.
