This place is horrible. They would rather you die than take a credit card I owed 150 dollars for past meds and I stop taking my high blood pressure pills because for 2 months it was really low. I just went to dentist and they tested me and they were really worried and said call your doctor and there is no way they have to put throw the meds even if you owe 150 you could have a heart attack any time. This clinic is described by my 8 year old as a “big waste of time”. You have a requisition, perform the tests, follow up and they don’t tell you nothing. Suddenly you are sent a text to show up for review. You let them know you are coming for Saturday walk-in, no one tells you not to come, only get to the clinic line up for 30 min and be told that”we are not accepting walking at 10am and you could have booked a phone appointment, no need to see the doctor I phone call is sufficient “” WHAT??

Don’t sign up here as a patient. It makes no difference coming as a walk-In vs a patient. You never see the doctor only the np. They never answer the phone; no matter what time or day. It’s impossible to get an appointment and when you finally do, they do nothing for you. They never want to give you a referral and the front desk are cranky and not cordial at all. An appointment would be a waste of time here they shrug off every concern. Why even work in the medical field if you don’t want to help people?
