This is a practice mired in the 1970's as far as customer service. No viable internet access, no mobile access, no online scheduling (except through Mt. Auburn's MYCHART, which BMA seems to ignore), no online or text appointment reminders - simple stuff that you expect from any modern MD office. The Practice Manager seems unaware that internet even exists.
