I lived there for 3 years. They increased the rent in more than $300 per year. They never fixed the sink in my unit because it was not well placed. The worse building I lived in my life, worse administration. They have bugs and rats in the units. The trash smells horrible during the weekends. Homeless people sleep in the hall entrance. I gave one star but I would like to give zero.

Краще туди не заїжджати, будинок в аварійному стані, в нас на 4 поверсі підлога була крива, бо будинок просів, стіни брудні, все старе, шумоїзоляція відсутня. За такі умови в будинку ціна завишена. Договір ми розірвали, через 4 місяці, перездати квартиру ми так і не змогли, бо всі хто приходив на огляд, тікали.
I do not even know where to start. 1) This building is definitely asking too much money. Be prepared for old pipes, carpets ( which you have to steam by yourself or you will pay 300$ and guess what, to hire someone to do it is still the same price) 2) neighbors in the house can be surprising since no one is checking the background and police or ambulance can be on your floor at any time. 3) houses in front of the building frequently have people arguing to the point that police is there at least once a month. 4) The rent incr... read more
I had experience living in this house. We were able to live there for a week, after which we quickly moved out. The house is old, dirty, the walls are badly painted, the kitchen is in need of repair, the windows are thin, there is a strong draft. I rented an apartment online and wanted to move out the next day after check-in. But none of the agents and managers answered me for 4 days. after five days just started to deal with this issue.
