Avenue, all you can do is just to demand to pay rent on time. You don’t provide any service, the parking lot looks like a trash, homeless people are using the staircases to keep their shit in there, elevator is out of service most of the times, the laundry services are $3. CRAZY. Think twice before choosing to live here.

This used to be a sweet building, Yes its old but so are most of the buildings In the Beltline. This Building went to SHit when Avenue Living Bought it.Rent went from 900 to 1300 to 1800. and they wouldn't provide security as it is a trouble neighbourhood. Call the police is all they give you.Yes the Garbage bins were atrocious. That wall around the parking should have come down when they bought it because people shoot up behind the wall and sleep there, so you have to worry if your safe going out to your car in the morning ... read more

I lived there for 3 years. They increased the rent in more than $300 per year. They never fixed the sink in my unit because it was not well placed. The worse building I lived in my life, worse administration. They have bugs and rats in the units. The trash smells horrible during the weekends. Homeless people sleep in the hall entrance. I gave one star but I would like to give zero.

Якщо б можна було поставити 0 зірочок я б поставила. Це не квартира, а сарай. Краще туди не заїжджати, будинок в аварійному стані, в нас на 4 поверсі підлога була крива, бо будинок просів, стіни брудні, все старе, шумоїзоляція відсутня. За такі умови в будинку ціна завишена. Договір ми розірвали, через 4 місяці, перездати квартиру ми так і не змогли, бо всі хто приходив на огляд, тікали.
