Just moved in the building last month and must say the response and feedback assessment is so very on point, the building management has been very helpful to answer my concerns and fix stuff if they are not working. Special shout-out to the manager Mohit Raj for being so approachable and pro active in answer the questions. Great team great work keep it up 😁😁

Avenue, all you can do is just to demand to pay rent on time. You don’t provide any service, the parking lot looks like a trash, homeless people are using the staircases to keep their shit in there, elevator is out of service most of the times, the laundry services are $3. CRAZY. Think twice before choosing to live here.
