During the Coronavirus crisis, Belmont Foods started doing curbside takeout. Thank goodness! We always celebrate my husband’s birthday with them. We were still able to do that in the comfort and safety of our home. One of their signature dishes is Chicken with spoonbread. I was surprised that when I took my first bite, it brought back a sense of normalcy. Dinner was delicious as always. The crumb cake with rhubarb was fabulous.
