I have both great things to say and some disappointments in communication. The good — staff is super kind. Location is clean, efficient, well maintained and well run. Nothing but good things there. But as a new client, I filled out 20 minutes worth of forms online. Did not hear back for a month. Called, and was told my info was "lost to the ether" and they needed to "take that button off the site." Annoying, but these things happen. We set an appointment over the phone — a text confirms. Crazy, huh? I actually love going to the dentist!! Have had nothing but the best care from Dr Tinkle. Today Emily did a fabulous clean and polish…. Highly recommend Belmont.
