The dentist and hygienist were extremely thorough. I'm not sure my teeth have ever felt so clean in my life! They took significant amount of time to discuss and address my concerns with my teeth. On top of that, they were extremely patient with VERY talkative little one whom I took with me. The hygienist explained everything she was doing with my teeth. And the ladies behind the desk were so kind to her. She even got her very own bag of goodies!
As always, getting a cleaning by Melissa, having my teeth looked at by Dr. Ficalora and chatting at the front desk with Paula was the highlight of my week! I'm so thankful for the wonderful staff who takes such good care of my family and makes going to the dentist a joy!😊
I love Dr. Ficolora and her office staff. Everyone is upbeat, gentle and thorough. I've been going there for nearly twenty years and have recommended all my friends.
I felt very comfortable in the office and the dental hygienist and dentist are both very nice and fun to be around. The only improvement that could have been made is if they had requested I forward my dental records from my previous dentist before I came in for my first appointment. That way, they would have had my xrays to examine while the dentist checked my teeth.
I love this dentist's practice. EVERYONE is wonderful. I actually look forward to going to my appointments! Years ago they saved my teeth and gums, and they continue to do an amazing job. Thank you Jackie and company--you are all awesome!
My experience was, as always, excellent. Having been a patient there since 1983, my care has consistently been excellent.
I have been going to Dr Ficalora for several years and no matter the problem, she always fixes it. Her work is excellent. I would not go to another dentist...I just love her.
