I have always been very anxious when my dental appointments came up. Thanks to all the staff at Belmont Dental Associates, I was put at ease. Even though I was a new patient, I felt like old friends with them. They treated me so well. Thank you all for making my appointments anxiety free!! Blessings!!!

Belmont Dental Associates are great. Always very professional and makes a point to greet you by name as you come in the door. Hi, this was my first visit with Dr. Cook and staff. I was having a really bad day and it showed (quite embarrassed about it actually) and they were so kind. We got through the consult, everything was explained about future visits and I felt very comfortable with their level and care and concern.
As always a great great dentist office and best teeth cleaner in Carolinas.

Dr. Cook and his staff have been fantastic for me. They listen and make suggestions but they don't pressure me to do anything I'm not comfortable with!
Jessica did a great job as always cleaning and polishing my teeth. Dr. Cook gave a very thorough exam. I was in and out of the office in less than 45 mins. Belmont Dental Associates are certainly my provider of choice.
