I've been using Belmont Dental Associates for a few years now, and i'm as impressed as ever. Everyone is professional and friendly, and i always feel like my teeth are well looked after! Thanks all!
My title says it all. This was my first visit because I was looking for another dentist. After reading other reviews and searching the internet, I thought I would give them a try and I'm so glad I did. They were so nice and explained everything to me where I could make a sound decision on the work I needed done. I may not enjoy going to the dentist but I feel Dr. Ogletree and his staff will make sure that I am well taken care of and able to smile again.
This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism from each staff member. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in terms I could easily understand.
I had my first appointment yesterday at 1:10pm. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the person that helped me was very kind and attentive. My office experience was pleasant from start to end. The office is not real fancy, but clean and pleasant. The office staff was very friendly. My XRay tech, Aleisa was very kind and although I have a lot of work to be done she explained everything in a way I could understand. The dentist is TOP notch. We had to find a new dentist after relocating to Belmont. Everyone in this office treats you like they've known you forever. Exactly what I wanted, a small town office that truly appreciates you as a person. Dr. May is very knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a dentist.
As always, I am satisfied with the level of excellent treatment provided to me whenever I visit Belmont Dental Associates.
