Miscommunication issues with being over charged. After a few phone calls the fines ended up being dropped. Make sure you're clarifying what needs to be done.
Hopefully this saves someone from the same mess. We've been using Norman Family Dentistry in Ada for the past 25+ years. Back in 2013 my ex-wife brought our children to Belmont Dentistry for what was supposed to be a simple cleaning and to save herself the time of driving all the way to Ada. During the visit, Dr.Klooster and his staff made no effort to contact the kids existing dentist to confirm services completed.
