The doctors and nurses are excellent. Caseworker was on top of things. however there staff and security are in need of training in dealing with people. They have no empathy, or care about the parent. Do not give information, throw paperwork that states the rules at you. You would get a better response from a computer than these human beings. Not all security people are of this mind set.
