I spoke on the phone with them, they hung up on me after they kept saying, " you have to understand", and I was understanding, I said "No problem", the lady kept going with my need to understand; my ear's still ringing from the fax machine noise that I got, instead of talking to the person. I couldn't believe, I was just trying to get an appointment for my child after 3:30, because of the school. I wasn't rude, I was polite and bam! here's the fax machine! VERY RUDE!
