I spoke on the phone with them, they hung up on me after they kept saying, " you have to understand", and I was understanding, I said "No problem", the lady kept going with my need to understand; my ear's still ringing from the fax machine noise that I got, instead of talking to the person. I couldn't believe, I was just trying to get an appointment for my child after 3:30, because of the school. I wasn't rude, I was polite and bam! here's the fax machine! VERY RUDE! I have a great dental experience with Belmont, I would recommend any one here.
My whole family goes there and gets treatment from the work. My wife and I got implants there and we are very happy with the doctor's work.
The surgery done by the doctor was completely painless and I am very happy about preciseness and the care I am given here. I am still continuing my treatment there.
