Ongoing gas leak in the basement laundry room went unaddressed for a couple months, property manager ignored my alarmed message one of the several times I brought it up. Absolutely do not live here. They removed my bathroom wall due to faulty piping and left me with an open wall looking into a neighboring unit; without a toilet or running water and refused to reimburse for it. They tried to charge me for holes in the walls (I didn’t make any). The building stinks, and the water comes out brown. The floors are stained, but still wanna charge you for it upon move out (even if it’s been there before and says so at move in) Management is rude and unhelpful.
