The Belmont is a fantastic place to live for a few reasons: The location in the city is very hard to beat. I can easily get on the freeway and go north, south, east or west after a few blocks. The building itself is gorgeous, having been built at the turn of the 20th century, originally serving as an upscale hotel (there’s even a ballroom in the basement).
