Service is lacking compared to the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro which is also a Orient Express hotel. Lazy American attitude!

Beautiful hotel! Nicest people! Larry the concierge is the best! Chicken salad in the lobby bar is to die for!
Best place to stop for a restroom break when shopping on King or Meeting Street (always clean!). Hotel rooms are immaculate as well.
Super hotel, the best of several really really good hotels in Charleston. Club floor has a great breakfast in the morning and happy hours in the evenings.
