Worst management. I pay a small fortune, cant use my DW, disposal, dryer only on half heat, washer makes a terrible noise. Bugs and garbage everywhere. No parking, yet mgmt feels ok with parking in not 1 but 2 HP spots. Stay away!
I’m living in mold, my breathing acting up but I’m sacred to go to the dr with everything going on. I’ve emailed, called, & sent pics of the mold constantly growing in my bathroom. But they had time to send a letter out about if rent is not paid they’ll file eviction soon as the courts open up. They receive entirely to much money per tenant to have any problems. This been since April 6.
We noticed for the past few weeks there have been literally no places to park and wondered what was going on. Yesterday we had five police cars at our building and then again this morning we have notice that a gun was pulled on another gentlemen at the building and again police are there right now. We have been told by people working at the complex that they have switched to section 8 housing because they were at 60 something percent capacity and are now at above 90% capacity. This place is like a living dream everyday. Awesome resort amenities.
Living here has been amazing. Kayla and Brandy have both been Awesome with great customer service. They have made living here fun and exciting. The property is beautiful and well kept up. The maintenance crew work hard around the clock. It’s nice to pour a drink and soak in the hot tub and pool after a stressful day at work. I feel like I’m living in a resort at Belmere.
I love living at Belmere! It’s like being at a resort all the time. The amenities are first class and the staff couldn’t be nicer. Brandi is fantastic and the reason why I chose to live here. Couldn’t be happier with that decision.
Belmere is one of the most laziest apartments in Houma. They never come out and fix stuff that needs to be fixed in your apartment but threaten to kick you out if you walk to loud and get a noise complaint. Never would of thought the people in the office would be so careless and rude when you keep complaining about things being broke. Do not recommend moving to belmere AT ALL so ready for our lease to end to move out this crapy apartment that are way to expensive to have everything broke
