If I could give zero stars I would. Ive had nothing but issue from the start with this company and even with a change of ownership it did nothing to redeem itself. When our roof was first done they didn't put underlay. And had to redo part of it. But refused to do all of it. They had also left the caps off I had to call them multiple times to come back to fix it. Since I've been. Dealing with a leak since 2024. And no one picks up the phone or returns calls or emails. Stay far away. I have a leak around my vent on the roof they completely did. The ceiling in my bathroom is ruined. I was told the company was bought by new owners in 2021 so they have zero paperwork from 2021 or earlier. I'm pretty sure they had computers in 2021. Anyway..they said it will be a paid service call with a minimum charge of $600! They requested a copy of my paid invoice which I sent. No response. They certainly do not stand behind their work and customer service is horrible.
We had our roof done by this company a few years ago. Turns out they missed something which caused a leak in our bathroom. They came back to repair it in Apr 2025 (which was great!) while we were renovating our bathroom. The problem is they never actually fixed the problem. Now they stopped returning our calls… I attached a photo of the issue - the two pipes were not sealed together! Dave gave us a quote for our gutter/eavestroughs and it was fair quote. We got him also to do our gutter. This was a different crew that did our gutter, they did an awesome job. My home looks new from the top! Thank you!
I was looking for a quote for our roof and Belmar sent Dave to us to look at my roof and give us a quote. It was a fair quote. Howard and crew did an amazing job with our roof. They also fixed our bathroom vent. We love our charcoal colour roof! Thank you!
