I had a great experience today with Dr. Kapros and the rest of the staff. The MA, Shannon was also awesome. They were both kind and attentive and listened to my needs with compassion. The care they gave exceeded my expectations. I was a little hesitant after reading through some of the lower reviews from years ago but I don’t think they accurately reflect the current staff/providers.
Dr. Kapros listen carefully and responds emphatically.she ordered the right tests, and when I didn’t want to go to the ER, she came up with a plan that would get me to the ER if a test was positive! I really appreciate her!
I cannot give enough positive feedback about this Belmar Clinic. For a second time I went as a walk-in because I had serious concerns about my condition and I knew I could not have an appointment at my regular PCP's office for some days. There was no wait time and the PA Lexi Wirth was so friendly and professional. Problem solved that gave me a sleepless night. I really love this place and the fact that Intermountain Health is making it possible for their patients to get some medical care right away when needed.
