Rude and very lazy staff....bleed through shirt on back injection sites..did not dress it at all after injections...nurses were very lazy and didnt really like being asked questions...findbanother place if poss
I scheduled online and then as I was calling to confirm acceptance with my insurance they lady told me it was canceled. It was scheduled incorrectly and so they just canceled. No call or attempt to contact me. When the lady realized that I stated that the system should be fixed to not allow new patient appointments and got met with a rant on how that's above her paygrade. I work in health care and have worked with multiple systems so I know this is something that can be changed and was not expecting her to just to fix but po... read more

I would give zero stars if that was possible. Wam bam thank you now on your way you go. No discussion about the meds being prescribed and how they effect you. Expressing concerns about side effects when you have a history of side effects and then being told most people dont get side effects from the medication. Doctor was SUPER pushy. Again no real line of communication about treatment. I tried to opt out of referrals to treatment related services at rhe office and still got badgered by multiple offices trying to have me sch... read more
