Appointment was for 11:45. Didn't get in until 1:30pm. Was told up front that they would give me an estimate of cost (they didn't ). Got the bill and almost had a heart attack. Looks like I'm being double billed and showing a past due account when this is the first bill I ever received. I will NEVER go to this place again and am seriously considering switching spine doctors. If that's the cost of just an injection, I could have had major back surgery. HORRIBLE
I've had two types of back injections here. First one in Oct took a little longer because patient ahead of me had complications. 2nd time moved right along. Everyone always professional and compassionate. I'm a nurse, so come with a medical prospective and expectations. I would recommend to anyone.
This place was absolutely great ... extremely pleasant and professional. The staff was really kind and friendly, and Dr. Vilims lived up to his reputation as one of Denver's best doctors. I didn't have any billing issues whatsoever. If I need another procedure, I'd definitely come back here.
Their Bookkeeping and Accounting Dept. is terrible. They double bill you,lose your payments after they have cashed your checks and then turn you over to a collection agency for non payment. They cause you more grief than relief!!! Just because of this staff shoddiness I wonder about their Professionals? Incompetance runs downhill...
I have had 3 procedures done at this surgical center and have had a great experience each time. From the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the doctor, everyone has been fabulous each time.
I went to Belmar for an epidural. This was an outpatient procedure, and it took about 1/2 hour. I was welcomed in, given a bed, and wheeled into the surgery room. Once the procedure was over was placed in a recovery room with all the other patients. When I couldn't walk after 40 minutes, they wheeled me into hallway because aparently they needed my bed for another patient. Very professional. Runs like a well-oiled machine. Nursing staff is kind and thoughtful. My doctor is the best.
I was treated exceptionally well. The staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, my doctor was late, but the nurses kept me comfortable and kept me updated. I can't see why anyone would have a bad experience there. I have had at least 4 injections there. Always as good as can be (considering it's for my chronic pain).
WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!! POOR MANGEMENT! TOOK FOREVER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! POOR STAFFING, NEEDS MORE NURSES!
