The staff at Belly Brothers Auto Tech was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We showed up on a Friday morning, without an appointment, with a Honda which needed a new alternator. The car had to be fixed the same day. Kallen worked it in and even stayed after 5:00 p.m. to ensure the car was running properly. I can't recommend these guys enough! They totally saved us when we were on the road from the east coast out to Alaska. When our old VW van lost reverse they took the car right in without an appointment and figured out what was wrong in under 2 hours. They let us know the car was safe to drive and even scoured the internet for a couple days while we were in the area for a rare VW part we needed to fix the reverse. Belly Brothers gave us immediate service and their service fee was very low. We were driving from Ohio to Idaho and developed a leak in a tire. Called Belly Brothers at 2:30 who said we could come in at 3:00. The tire was fixed by 3:40 and we were on our way. The service fee was 1/2 what I’ve been charged elsewhere
***** Not enough good things can be said about this shop! Great service, fair prices, friendly and professional staff. I, like a few other reviews I’ve seen now, was traveling cross country and had engine trouble. Robert took me in very last minute with no appointment, used some of his personal contacts around Rapid City to get everything his team needed to get me on the road ASAP. These guys rock!!! Might stop in next time just to say hi :)
Awesome service. Blew a wheel bearing on the way back to Michigan and they got me in and out in just a couple hours.
I want to Thank Belly Brothers Auto for taking such good care of my daughter's car! We had been taken advantage of at the shop we took it to before you guys.
