I did not have a single good experience with this shop and they were outrageous. They left all of the covers in my trunk in a pile instead of putting it all back together. Every time I spoke to someone it was not a great experience. Crazy it’s 2026 and you have no way to pay a bill online the other 2 shops I felt with did offer that. Get with the times!
We brought in our car for diagnosis. It cost $243 for them to tell us it needed a new engine for $5000. We drove an hour each way on 4/23/24 to pick up the car and a block from the shop, it lost all power to the engine. They towed it back to the shop and reattached whatever hose they had left unattached. We drove another hour each a few days later pick it up and took it to a different mechanic who replaced the engine for $3500.
