Took yoga classes and an acupuncture visit to get past due baby on his way-went into labor that night! It was intimidating at first being a new mom and not knowing what I was walking into but everyone there was always so nice and helpful, I felt welcome every time.
Already scheduled to come back after my very first time in. Beth has miracle hands. Prenatal Massage is so worth it mamas!
I can't recommend Belly Bliss enough. I took prenatal yoga classes, massages and now that my little guy is here - I love the mommy and me and mama circle!
Love, love,love the infant classes especially the momma's circle on Monday's. This is an amaing way to connect with other mom's. Recently I started getting prenatal massages to help relieve some sore aches and pain in while in my 3rd trimeter. This has been so beneficial in my physical and mental wellbeing! If you try any class or service at Belly Bliss you won't be disappointed!
