I have a really close friend who was living Bellwood Trace and immediately got sick from mold that was growing all around her apartment. Her dog also got sick. She immediately told the management and nothing was ever done. They also told her that her health and the health of their tenants was the most important thing to them but still nothing was done about the mold and now she is up to $2,500 in debt for testing, missing work, vet bills and then moving once again. This is serious and families that I’ve there should be safe.

I work for another apartment community out of state and needed to ask the office a question, and Rachel was extremely helpful and polite while assisting me today!

Hope you don't have anything messed up while you live here because it will be extremely hard for you to get it fixed the people in the office are never in the office they never answer the phone and they never return phone calls. Also if you're allergic to pet hair you won't be able to go outside and enjoy your patio furniture because they allow stray animals to roam the property and lounge all over your stuff.

I seen a lot of complaints about them never picking up their office phone and they are absolutely correct. These people neverrrr pick up the office phone during office hours. So if something is wrong with your apartment good luck getting them on the phone . They do not pick up. They need to just unplug the phone and be done with it.
