We have lived in Bellwood Manor for five years and I can't say enough good things about it. Renee and Patti are incredibly helpful and anytime we put in a maintenance call, we know to expect him the next business day. Quiet, clean, and family friendly neighborhood!
Haven't moved in yet, I'm giving 5 stars due to appearance and how clean the community is, so far management seems nice. UPDATE: After moving in, things were ok for a few months, and the property manager decided to show her true self. Let me just say that if you are a person of color, DO NOT LIVE HERE, WE ARE NOT WELCOME. The property manager was very harassing, snooping around whenever there were packages left outside for me, and has even claimed that the mail carrier/package delivery person left it in front of her door ins... read more
